Every item comes with a minimum 12 months manufacturers warranty. Warranties cover quality of materials and workmanship. they do not cover accidental damage, misuse, wear and tear or comfort preference.
Our lounges come with longer warranties including 5 year frame and foundation warranty, 3 year foam warranty and 1 year cover warranty.
Warranties on mattresses vary to up to 10 years depending on the model. You'll find the specific warrantty period for each mattress model on its product information page.
In the event that something does go wrong simply contact us with your original purchase details, and a description with photos of the problem. If deemed that the problem falls under warranty we will either repair or replace the affected item. If for any reason we are unable to repair or replace the item we will then provide a refund.
If your order is for a stocked item we are able to make changes as long as the item has not been dispatched. For items being made we can only make changes before the item has gone into production. If production has commenced on your order we will however see what we can do. Please contact us for the best advice.
If you would like to cancel your order we can provide you with a credit note which you can then use towards a purchase of any other item in our store. If however your item has been despatched, cancelling your order will result in you receiving a credit note for the cost of your product only, as you will be liable for any logistic and delivery costs incurred.
If you have a change of mind and would like to return an item we would be happy to provide a credit note or exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, and received in their original condition and packaging. Returns will be approved at our discretion and you will be liable for all logistic and delivery costs.
